As a former officer of the Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Branch of the Indian Army, I bring first-hand understanding of military law, disciplinary jurisprudence, military justice and service litigation. I served as Assistant Judge Advocate General, Senior Assistant Judge Advocate General, Judge Advocate in Courts Martial, and Officer-in-Charge of the Army Legal Cell at the Armed Forces Tribunal. I am currently Senior Panel Counsel for the Union of India / Armed Forces Tribunal. I represent serving and retired personnel, veterans, Veer Naris and families before the AFT, High Courts and the Supreme Court.
